Then this is the right program for you.
BodyWisdom Leadership changes you both on an inner and outer plane. It is for you, if you work with leadership in a professional setting – or if you want to develop your own personal leadership skills.
When you become a BodyWisdom leader, you will develop an awareness of the importance of a sense of safety in life and in the workplace for both the thriving of yourself, the people around you, employees, colleagues and collaborators. The aim is to facilitate creativeness and innovation, but also to be able to respond to yours and others well-being as well.
As a BodyWisdom leader, the goal is to be able to make decisions and lead from inner and outer calmness and strength.
Masterclass in BodyWisdom Leadership is an online leadership program with 8 pre-recorded teaching sessions and a live call after each session. Both the pre-recorded sessions and live calls are in English. If the group is Danish, the live calls will be in Danish.
You will be given small assignments before each live call to integrate the teaching in your leadership role. The whole course will take place over the over course of 16 weeks with either a teaching session or a live call each week. Every live call is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
At the end of the course we will sum it all up, look ahead and talk about where you want to implement these new skills in relations to yourself as a leader, and in your organization.
The Masterclass can be booked by organizations for an inhouse group.
The program can be booked by contacting email@example.com or mobile (0045) 29400690

Changing your breath – changes your leadership.
Your breath is a powerful tool both for gaining more energy and calming your nervous system down. You need both in your leadership role. I will teach you how to breathe to give the body and the brain the optimal amount of oxygen and how to become both relaxed and alert. You will learn tools that take only a few minutes to perform, so you can use them when you are at work, and tools for you to you immerse yourself more into, when you are off work.
The importance of physical strength and balance in your leadership role.
The physical body is closely connected to the metal body, and by working with activating specific muscle points you can gain physical strength and balance that will impact your mental strength and balance – and will support your everyday leadership tasks. You will learn tools how to activate your muscular system in just a few minutes with a great impact on grounding you and helping you to see Your world clearer and to navigate from a more grounded platform.
The power of knowing your “Social communication System” in your leadership role.
Knowing your “Inner Landscape” (your “Social communication System”) is essential for navigating in relation to other people. Noticing when and why you either move into fight/flight or rest and digest – or maybe even freeze. But most important of all – how you teach the nervous system to be dynamic, so you can move from one state to the other when you need it. When you master the skill within yourself – then you can learn to master the skill with the people around you. You learn how to notice reactions in the inner landscape of others, and to be curious of what goes on in their nervous system, in order to help and support them. It is the skill of learning how to self-regulate and co-regulate. A skill you need to lead other people and to deal with change and conflicts.
How to use your sensory system as a compass in your leadership.
Your sensory system provides you with information all the time. I will teach you how to listen to the information that is important for the choices you make as a leader, and for your relations with the people around you. This is the language of the body. You will learn to distinguish between the different sensations, and you will get better at listening to what your body is trying to tell you, so you can make better decisions.
The skill of making decisions.
You will learn the neuroscience behind the skill of making decisions. You have two different neurological networks in play. When you make decisions on the base of what your sensory system guides you to do, and what your cognitive/analytical brain guides you to do. You need them both, but we tend to use the cognitive brain too much and ignore the sensory brain. I will teach you how to notice when you are doing what, and how to switch from one to the other when it is required of the situation you are in.
The neuroscience of the heart supports your leadership skills.
The heart has a brain of its own. The heart makes decisions without asking the brain in the head – if you let it. I will teach you the neuroscience of the heart and how to open up to the wisdom of the heart. You will learn how to be able to assess when it makes sense to listen to the heart as a leader.
How to deal with change, disruption and conflicts from a neuroscientific perspective
Change and disruption are a given fact in all workplaces, and it effects our nervous systems in different ways. It can shut down our “Social communication System”, and therefore also our connection to the people around us, our creativity and our innovation skills. Learn how to work with your own “Window of Tolerance” and learn how to find that anchor in yourself, that will help you through the challenges of change and disruption. Learn how to support the people around you as well.
Putting it all together into BodyWisdom Leadership.
Being a BodyWisdom leader means that you are able to navigate in your leadership with focus on both yourself, the people around you and the tasks ahead, with all the qualities you have learnt in this course. It means that you know the importance of neuroscience of safety in a workplace for both the thriving of people, for the possibility to be creative and innovative and to be able to take care of your costumers as well. It means that you are able to support all of that with the way you choose to lead others.
This is where we sum it all up, where we look ahead and talk about where you want to take these new skills within your organization and for yourself as a leader.
